📦 Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

📸 Unboxing video or clear photos may be required for verification.


❌ Items Not Eligible

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Size issues (unless incorrect size was sent)

  • Clearance / sale items (if marked non-returnable)


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit


💰 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product passes quality checks:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


🚚 Return Pickup

  • Return pickup will be arranged by Button Up (where serviceable)

  • In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product

  • Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return
